This product, or similar accessory bundles are definitely must haves. It comes with everything it said it would, and all work just fine. Especially considering if you bought these at some accessory store at the mall you'd probably spend 2-3 times what the cost of this is. A few extra notes, The headphones it comes with, in the picture, appear to be standard Apple headphones. They arn't, a bit of a knockoff, but great quality as far as knock offs come. Plus no matter how carefully yo put on the screen protector the left and right edges will start to peal. This is just the standard nature with most screen protectors and is only due to the natural curve of the iPod 4th gen Nano's screen. If you have the screen cover on alone on your device and plan on carrying it in your pocket expect to get dust/lint/crumbs whatever else you have in your pockets. The silicone covers make enough of a seal that this isn't much of a problem though. I am highly satisfied with the plastic case, especially with the clip it comes on. Other than that the extra usb cord, aux cord, and wall chargers are highly appreciated.
All in all if you care about your electronics you really should get some sort of accessory kit for it, not nessecarily this one, but whatever fits into your needs and budget. This one fit into mine.

I was not very happy with this product. I bought it mainly because I wanted a hard plastic case for my ipod, those that also cover the screen. Well, I got it, but the size is not appropriate, even when it says it is for apple ipod nano 4th gen. Anyway, it also brings a lot of cables that you will probably need, but I'm not sure they will work perfectly. I guess its how some people say: cheap is actually expensive.
