Installation stickers have super-adhesive! Unnecessary Mar 06, 2010
By Kristen J. Vallieu
"KristenV"
The screen protector itself is a very nice high quality durable plastic. Very easy to apply and I had no problems repositioning after the screen was in place. If you clean your screen well before installing, it is crystal clear. I just used the little cloth wipe provided to smooth out and expel any trapped bubbles.
This is a 2 step process labeled with little stickers so you do not have to touch the screen and get your fingerprints all over it. A good idea, but they went a little overboard... Step 1 - peel off backing before installing. Then you can use the step 2 sticker to install the screen. Step 2 - remove that sticker after installing. The step 2 sticker has some kind of all weather industrial grade adhesive on it. A static cling "sticker" would have been sufficient. When you try to remove, you either peel up your protector and/or leave paper and adhesive behind. No amount of picking with my fingernail removed any of the adhesive. I am trying Goo Gone now, but IF that works, it will leave all kinds of greasy residue. If the Goo Gone gets under the protector, it will certainly look terrible. Very disappointed.
Five stars for the protector itself. Half a star for the company's forethought. Total of 3 stars.

Could be better Mar 05, 2010
By Beady Boop Would have been better if it didn't have stickers on them. When you peel the stickers off, it leaves paper and glue residue that is hard to get off.

Hard to apply Jul 25, 2010
By Nicholas Eggers Maybe Im an Idiot, but I had to keep removing and repositioning to try and remove the air bubbles. Then after a few minutes it started peeling up off the screen so I just removed. Good news is I have 2 more.
not sticky enough Jul 15, 2011
By Mistress Rebecca First of all, I only got one protector instead of the three advertised. Second, the protector isn't sticky enough to adhere to the screen sides which are curved. Not sure whether I'll try another brand or just go without.
too big for iPod nano (3rd gen) Mar 31, 2011
By mbritb The screen on an iPod nano (3rd gen) is inset a little. These screen protectors are slightly bigger than the screen and because the screen is a little inset - the protector is raised around the edges which things can easily snag on and pull the protector off. Same goes for the touch wheel cover: the touch wheel is slightly set in, and the protector is slightly bigger than the touch wheel so it doesn't lay all the way down.
