I wasn't incredibly impressed by this purchase. The reception on my radio is really good, however, the clamps that are supposed to keep the ipod in place are terrible. Mine is always falling out if I hit a bump or just wiggles out as I'm driving down the road.

Works ok but tends to lose sync on a long trip and the unit needs to be shut off for a while to allow it to be used again

I bought this one or two years ago and it has lasted. It slowly fell apart however. First the fuse in the adapter popped out. Lost it while camping. I improvised in order to keep it working and the patch job lasted about five months. The connecting wire from iPod to transmitter disintegrated so now it's a goner. Too much movement I think. All in all I'm glad I bought it. It's simple and easy to use. I'd recommend this product to those needing an easy to way charge their iPod and listen to tunes.
