"AWFUL PRODUCT."
* 1st - It came dirty, with black hairs INSIDE the case. I had to disinfect it.
* 2nd - I spent an hour trying to get it to snap in place, and it does NOT stay in place all the way, so at the bottom where its coming apart - I'll have tape it. - & I'm a techy, so I assemble things together everyday. They're ripping us off!
* 3rd - After placing it on my ipod, it came with vertical scratches, viewable over my screen!!!
* 4rth - it did not come with a cloth or screen protector. Its like a 1 cent value. Actually of no value, since it was a waste of my time and money. Don't Buy It. I want my money back.

This was shipped in a flimsy plastic bag with absolutely no protection/padding, so the cover arrived damaged. IF this would have arrived in usable condition, I would still not recommend it because there is not any protection for the screen. Overall, not worth the trouble!!

All the complaints seem to be of products sold by the other suppliers, as of the time I ordered from Minisuit, which offers a free screen protector (redundant as the case itself covers the screen, appreciated nonetheless) and arrives with extra perks such as the free velvet carrying bag. The product is as it should be covering and protecting all the aesthetics while leaving free access to the controls and leaving the camera uncovered for the clearest picture.

This item arrived with no protection for the screen, so I either have to buy a new cover, or separate screen protection. As well, there doesn't seem to be any way to remove the cover, other than cracking it, once the pieces have been snapped together.
