nice for the price - but not if you want to use laynard Jan 26, 2010

Skin and armband are good, fit fine - and you cannot beat the value! It arrived faster than estimated and when I had a problem with one of the components, (laynard) ishopping deals offered to send a replacement right away at no extra charge.
But 1 caveat: if you're buying this product for the laynard feature (to wear ipod around your neck,) don't! It will cause you no end of frustration putting it together. You have to thread the cord itself through the ipod skin (that part is easy,)then through a way-too-small hole in the hard plastic laynard end casing itself - it's IMPOSSIBLE to do - I wasted way too much time trying to get cord through, trying to enlarge hole, trying to find a thinner cord, etc, even requested a new laynard, thinking this one was defective. Same problem.
Never had this problem with similar model I bought for ipod generation 4 last year from this company. If laynard component is not important to you, rest is great!

as mentioned...plus, make sure you have a case that opens and closes, so that stick on screen shield wont get lost..but i do love the "bonefish"..easy to locate my gun keys..

This was the most disappointing purchase that I made for any of the iPods (6 total) that my family owns. The products are all cheaply made. The skin ripped when I was trying to put it on the iPod and I never received the fishbone keychain. I didn't contact the company for a replacement because, quite frankly, I figured it would be the same quality junk as the rest of the items. Everything is from China or Japan and I paid $7.76 for MAYBE 50 cents worth of product. Save your money!

This is a great sleeve for a 5g Nano. It looks good, fits well, comes with an easy to use belt clip and lanyard. What a good value!
