I only bought the item for the earbuds. The philips surround sound earbuds have rich sound in bass and pitch and clean sound quality. You can hear details of the music that you can't hear with other ones. Even though the sound is so distinct, you can still hear things going on around you. I ordered 2 more pair!

This set is worth it for the earbuds alone. These things stay put in your ears, and the sound is incredible. The only bit of advice I can give you is to super glue the rubber pieces to the earbud itself. (Use a really tiny dab of glue.) I have learned this the hard way. Once the rubber pieces come off, they won't stay in your ears, and you can't order replacements.

I bought this set just for the Philips headphones. I had intended to buy the Philips headphones alone at Target for about $28.00, but then I decided to check out Amazon.com. Glad I did! The sound quality is very good and the cords do not tangle as the advertisement says. I use it for my IPhone 3GS, Sony MP3 S-Series, and PC. Although it lacks a volume/pause controller and adjuster on the cords, it does the job. I also want to mention the cords are actually a light grey color and not white;just the ear pieces are white. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase!

I work in a very noisy factory and these earphones are great for blocking out the unwanted clangs and bangs around me and still giving me an excellent sound quality of my music. Would purchase again from this vendor.

I bought two of the Phillips workout kits for about 4.50 each (plus 5.99 shipping for both), do to their low cost and I like the earbuds alot. I've been using the same earbuds for years that I bought at Walmart for around $10.00 and they have great sound (compares to $80.00+ earbuds). After looking for the same Phillips earbuds over the past year, I've see prices on them of 20.00 and more with shipping. Then I ran across the DLO Phillips Total workout Set at 4.00 and change. Their great, but I went back to buy more and see they now sell for over double what I paid. If they lower the prices back below 10.00 with shipping, I more then likely buy again.
