I was looking for some headphones for work, nothing too crazy, just some little ear buds that sound decent. They also needed a long cord because my computer is on the floor and most headphones don't reach, and I didn't want to also buy an extension cord. I came across these and was attracted to nice design. I am very please to say that I love these headphones. They're perfect, I lucked out on the long cord, it's a lot longer than any headphones I've had before, and they sound great. They're not noise cancelling but I sure can't hear any outside noise when they're on. The bass is great too, you can really feel it hit. I was a tad skeptical at fist because they were so cheap, but they're such great headphones. I suggest you get them!

Most of the headphones I have gotten are too big for my ears. This is the first pair of ear buds to fit my little ear canals. They don't fall out. They don't give me pressure sores. There are 3 sizes of adapters, I used the smallest. The fabric around the wire is durable. I ususally break my headphones after a month or 2 of use. The plastic cracks and the wire breaks. No such problem with these. They have lasted 6 months, a real record for me. I usually use to listen to podcasts and music while working around the house. Sound quality is fine, but I am not particular. No static. No distortion of sound.

When I recieved these ear bud, I liked them. The cords are bare, so kinda thread or cloth covered. Unfortunately, the plastic at the base, where it plugs into the device, broke in half after about 10 days of use. I've never had that happen.

If you're looking for headphones with great sound, these definitely aren't them, the sound is OK, very little bass, mostly just "highs", gets a little distorted. Still gave a 3 out of 5 because of the price. These are about the cheapest headphones out there so you can't expect much from them. I've been using other ear bud head phones that deliver better sound quality, but the cord is always splitting and cracking, thus I wanted ones with a nylon cord. If you want best of both worlds, I suggest just ponying up and getting a good pair of Skull Candy headphones with a nylon cord, you'll get the great audio quality AND the durability. But these do get the job done if you're not too worried about having great audio quality.
