Great All Around Player. May 29, 2010

Item was received in perfect condition. Very sturdy unit, well constructed.. This player is not only good for bike riding but can be used anywhere, very practical.
It takes a long time to fully charge it via USB, but it does play for a very long time, even while using the light. It plays quite loud, but the sound quality is not the greatest. Which is quite understandable given the size of the speaker, I did not expect HI FI performance. The controls, i.e. volume up/down and the skip function take a little bit of getting use to. But it does what I bought it for, ride my bike while listening to my favorite music.
Well worth the price.

I love the system. It sounds very good for it's size. The controls are easy to use. It holds a charge for a long time. I have only 2 small issues,1.When riding my bike i would pull the control knob to turn it on/off and it would slip out of the plastic holder. This made it difficult to ride my bike while trying to place the unit back in the holder & match up the hole/notch to lock it in place. The notch on the holder that locks it in place should be longer so it goes further in the hole on the unit. 2.The mounting kit was not large enough to fit around my handle bar, i had to use wire to secure it.
I purchased this product to use on the LifeCycle bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles (7 day, 545 mile ride to raise money for people living with HIV/AIDS). It was a great help in keeping me motivated so i could make it thru each day! I also use it when laying out by the pool.
Overall, im very happy with the product.

The sound quality coming out of a very tiny speaker is pretty amazing . The light is also very good. the only problem I have is that I cannot move the control dial backwards. This means I cannot not lower the volume nor can I repeat the prior song played. This problem occurred after about 6 months. It is no big deal tho because I normally don't use either function.
