 No opening for ear buds! Nov 19, 2010

I bought the Golla pouch to carry my iphone around my neck when I exercise and also for skiing. I think it will work OK, but it has two serious defects. The first is no opening for ear phones. The way the top opens, you can run the ear phone wire out the side, but it does bend/put pressure on the straight part of the wire where it connects to the phone. Secondly it's a really tight fit (very narrow) so with a 3G phone, I have to take the protective case off the phone to fit it in. This is not how I had intended to use it, so I'm a bit disappointed because taking the protective cover off and putting it back on is a pain. I do like the fact that I think it will keep the phone warm and protected when I ski, which will be good. Now we just need some more snow!

Looks great, nicely made, really like it. The only quibble is that it needs to be a bit wider, because it's pretty hard to get an iPod (4/Classic or Touch) with a protective case into it, and most of us use those. Getting the protective case on and off the iPod is a real hassle and far too much trouble. So it won't be as quick and easy to use this for walking and then remove the iPod as I'd hoped, but I'm still glad I found it.

This fits my wife's LG Optimus T nicely. That phone is 4.47" x 2.32" x 0.52".
This little pouch is good for traveling. You can put your phone, headphones, some money and credit cards, etc in it. Also good to store a phone or music player rather than having it float around inside a larger bag where is could get scratched or damaged.
These can also be had for a low price on the popular auction site.

This is a perfect case for an iPod Touch, AND my cell phone. Even has zipper pouch for earbuds. Carbiner allows easy attachment and removal from belt loop. Just too bad it doesn't come in black for us guys! Cost is way below Apple cases for a more functional case as well. Merchant sent it promptly...would use them again and recommmend them!
