Seller advertised genuine Apple product and sent generic. After contacting them about it their response was "I will be glad to give you genuine Apple retail earbuds when you prove to me another seller is selling them for the same price as me". If thats the case they shouldn't be advertising as Genuine Apple earbuds made by Apple. Unless you want Generic headphones that don't work when you get them in the mail DO NOT order them from here. I ordered them from I-Store I'm not sure if the other places sell the real thing or not.Ipod Earbuds Headphones for Nano

I've only had them for 2 months, and they are already going bad. They have a short in them, and I have to configure them to sit in one position. If they move, then either I can't hear out of one ear, or sometimes, the sound goes out completely. I am VERY unsatisfied.

These indeed appear to be true Apple ear buds, however they seem to be a foot shorter than my old ear buds that came with my Nano. I held them up side-by-side and they are indeed a foot shorter. Perhaps Apple now makes these things shorter, I'm not sure. But considering I'm six foot tall, when I'm wearing these they cause my Nano to dangle in my pocket and having the excess weight on my ears is very uncomfortable.
Sound quality resembles that of my older Apple buds so thats square. And I only spent $4.99 on these so its not too much of a disappointment, still if they were longer I'd be much happier.
Avoid if you're a taller person and you like to have your Ipod in your pocket while listening.

You can tell these are fake, because all genuine Apple ear buds have "China" printed in gray at the bottom of the chord. That detail is missing from these. Aside from being fake, they are very low quality and mine shorted out in about two months.
DO NOT BUY these ear buds unless you are looking for something to use every few weeks for a few minutes at a time.

Another Apple knockoff, this was very, very cheap. Cheap in both price, and quality. The music is very low quality, as is the actual make of it. It fell apart after a few uses. Although it is less than five bucks, I don't think I would purchase it again.
