It seems OK for a charger, but it's only a 5W not a 10W, so it heats up A LOT when charging the iPad,

I have an iPad, iPhone, iPod - this product simply doesn't work and I bought 2 - no charging happening at all on any device.

With little use, except plugingg in at Home it fell into 2 pieces. It charges only if it is in one piece. This is junk.

I purched usb adapter for My Ipad 2 because of its ease of use ,slim design ,i could carry it in a case with my ear phones with the AC prongs out of the way, but pluged into A/C power 115V it simply does not work (it is defective) now of the 10 Items I purched from Amazon its not a big loss and to send it back it would cost more then it worth to go bye a new one I feel if I bought it through AMAZON they should make it right...BGLLC@COX>NET DAVE

I charged my iPad all night long and it only charged up to 75%. Not worth the effort. Get the real Apple charger.
