 This kit does not charge the iPhone 3G Jan 28, 2009

This kit will charge an ipod nano but NOT an iPhone. When you plug in an iPhone you see that the status is "charging" but the battery level does not increase. Your phone will go dead soon if you leave it plugged in. I have tried both the car charger and the home plug in. Neither work and I have tried multiple iPhones. Too good to be true - stick with official chargers for this phone I guess.

I have an ipod touch 8GB. Was looking for various charging options because the battery runs down about 1/day. This package is a fantastic value. I can add 3 charging locations at a cheap price. Apple wants something like $60 for a dock. Very happy with this.

Items works as described for iPod touch. Somebody has given wrong feedback. I called bargainCell about that, they told one has to contact for replacement.

Visiting friends in US for an extended period, so in order to cut down on luggage weight, wanted to order a charger to be delivered to my friend's house.
I read some of the reviews here, and did think there was a chance that it would not work on my phone, but for such a bargain price, it was worth the chance.
Anyway, it arrived super quick, and just wanted to write a quick note, to again confirm that it does work on iPhone 3G with no probs at all.
What a bargain!!

Considering that I paid under $10 (including shipping) for a home charge, car charger and USB cable, I couldn't be happier. They charge my iPhone 3GS without a problem.
