When I first got this my phone (3GS on iOS 4.1) kept telling the device was not supported. After a coule times of plugging and un plugging I got it to work for about a day. Now it has totally gone dead, and wont even pick up energy from direct sunlight. Very poor construction, flimsy design.

This item doesn't fit the ipod classic, even though it says it fits the classic, rip off. Also, it doesnt feel sturdy and looks like it was glued together.

My daughter got this for me for my birthday. Online it said works for any iPod or iPod touch.
Hah! My 2nd generation iPod does not fit and neither of my iPod touch units fit (one is fairly thin & one thicker with more storage space). Both touch units are too wide to fit into it!
If she had her info still in her computer on the order, I'd have her return it. But then she'd probably have to pay shipping & that would reduce the refund to almost nothing.
Even if they had an adaptor that went from it to an iPod, I'd be a lot happier but haven't been able to find anything anywhere that would do that.

I received this as a gift, ordered by my daughter. Does not fit any of our Ipods. physically does not attach to our ipods....from very old to very new. and we have 3 of them. Kind of cheap in quality. Do not purchase.
