The product has many problems. The first one I received, the connector that protrudes out without any protection quickly because loose and would stop working unless you held it just right.
The real charging capacity was far less than advertised.
When the connector finally broke off, I got a replacement unit. This unit does not work at all. It will plug into the iphone and light up but nothing happens. Occasionally it will charge for 1-2 seconds and then give up. The unit is totally worthless.
Don't buy these cheap Chinese knock-offs. Even if they are giving them away for just pennies, it's not worth it. Stick with an Original Model name brand that has good reviews on CNET or other sites.

I bought 2 of these chargers. They each give about a 30% charge. It doesn't connect well with the iphone. It's very flimsy and cheap. I have had them for about a month now and have only used each one a few times. Now, one of the two isn't charging my phone. When I plug it in, it lights up like I am charging but no juice to my phone. If you are desperate and need a quick (short) charge then these things can come in handy. However, it seems that most of them are faulty. Next time I will fork out the extra money and get a decent one. One that connects well and isn't so awkward. Most times I don't even want to use it because it's not worth it. If I take it somewhere I have to lay it on a table to charge or hold the charger in the phone. Also, as others have said, the LED lights are blinding! You can't use your phone and charge it at the same time. You will go blind. Haha They should take the juice required for the LED and use it to charge the phone!

This battery will charge your iPhone, yes, but the iPhone connector is incredibly flimsy. You cannot really use your iPhone with this thing plugged in--- the battery will flop around unless you are going to be laying it down on a table while charging.

This is my third purchase of this device. They are very valuable on occasions when you can't charge your battery at home or in the car. They are great at the gym when you are listening to music or for a day boat riding at the lake. It provides one full charge to your phone.

It's a great product which I highly recommend. It charged my phone completely and it did it fairly quickly. The only bad part is that it's not easy to use your phone while it is plugged in because it will just fall out of your phone easily.
