5awesome  Jun 02, 2009 By Elizabeth "~E"
This thing is so great. The strap for the sensor to your shoe is nice and tight so it gives great accurate distances. The armband took me a while to get used to, but I run my headphone down the back of my shirt and out the sleeve and that keep s the cord from flopping around and it works great.

4Nice Armband  May 11, 2009 By J. Pulliam "jjcaps"
Armband is nice and ipod with nike sensor fits nicely. Two things, however, the plastic covering is too thick for easy operation of sound adjustments, and moisture sometimes gets between the plastic and the ipod. The amount of moisture is not yet a problem. Stitching has already started to come loose and I have only had a couple of months.

4excellent value  May 01, 2009 By Runnn Alex~ "meisalex"
I think this bundle is a great value. The sensor case holds the transmitter well. I ran on a high school track, and each lap is 400 meter. The sensor is accurate within 0.5 to 1 meter over 400 meter, with which I am quite satisfied.

The armband is waterproof so your iPod won't get wet from sweat but I do notice a slight moisture build up in the case; the moisture probably entered the case through the hole for the headphone jack. It is not a terrible issue.

Other complaint is that the plastic cover dulls the sensitivity on the scroll wheel. It is not a huge problem though.

Another complaint is that I have to take out my ipod to synch... again not a huge issue.

Overall, I think this bundle is a great value. Buy this if you need an armband and a sensor case.

3Gets the job done  Apr 13, 2009 By J. Campbell
I use this at the gym and it is sometimes difficult to access the click wheel through the window. On the plus side, it fits my arm well, and keeps the ipod dry.

4Serves well its purpose  Mar 02, 2009 By R. Suzuki "satrijoe"
After some research, I chose this armband for my iPod nano. My main criteria were:
-Prepared to hold the Nike+ Sport kit
-Usability (ability to navigate through the iPod menus while running)

The product performs well in both cases. The plastic that covers the wheel gives you enough feel to hit the right menus while running.

I am wearing it in my forearm instead of my biceps so that I can get the information that I want in an easy way. I have noticed some people complaining that they have large biceps and it was a problem for them to you use this armband. Wearing it in the forearm solves that problem.

A few comments on the negative side:
-I have also bought a Sennheiser earphone and it has a 90 degree plug. You can definitely notice that this plug is there (as opposed to the original iPod earphone that has a straight plug) but I got used to it and it does not bother me at all.
-When I get home and want to upload my runs onto the Nike+ website, I have to remove the iPod from the armband, remove the Nike+ sport receiver and connect the USB cable. It is kind of annoying. But I don't see any workaround for this. Probably the best solution would be to have the sensor have the capability to wireless transfer your workouts to your PC (I think the latest Garmin HRM can do it) but anyway, not the armbands fault.

(Post-Edit: Forgot to mention that the sensor case is OK as well.

The down side: I've read that the sensor needs to be in a horizontal position to be accurate which is a difficult task since it is attached to the shoelace. What is even worse is that after not using my sensor for a week, it died on me. The armband has nothing to do with it but I am seriously considering spending more $$$ and get a Garmin fitness GPS instead of the Nike Sport kit...)

All in all, I recommend it!
