I bought this cable two months ago for my iPhone 3GS and all I can say is that it works like a charm! I use it every day for both charging and syncing and I've had absolutely no problems so far. The only caveat is that it doesn't quite fit as "snugly" as the original Apple cable and the material used doesn't seem to be of the same quality. That said, when you consider the fact that an Apple cable costs nearly 10 times as much, it would be ridiculous to expect the exact same level of quality. Bottom line: this cable works perfectly and for the price you really can't ask for more.

I just received this item and used for few days. It looks cheap but worked okay as soon as I plugged in. It came with 'lock' clamps so I need to push on the side buttons to take out the plug from iphone. Original cable never had this lock buttons. I prefer to lock buttons because they may fail over the time. The reason I gave one less star is for length of the cable. This is about 2 ft 9 inches long. Little too short to place between charger and my table. The specifications never specify the length, so buyer get what ever seller sends. Otherwise works great so far.
