5Works like it should, no quality loss at all.  Sep 10, 2010 By Dan
Title says all, just plug n' play. I lost no quality over my sound connection and mind you my sound goes from a Xbox 360 (Red/White sound cables) to a converter, to this coupler, to another converter, and to a 5.1 speaker system.

Yeeeaaaaah.

Bought this about 1 year ago to use in a MP3 to car stereo set-up. Recently my left channel started cutting out. I tracked it down to this coupler. Am going to order a gold plated one now instead.
